"All the ladies at the front desk are some of the best I have ever dealt with. They are understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and ALWAYS smiling. I had an unusual issue, but they were very understanding and accommodating. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or causing them any problems at all, even though I know I was. They made us feel like we were family. This level of helpfulness and "can do" attitude from a hotel staff is rare but oh so very much appreciated. This is a hotel that will be taking up permanent residence on my list of "favorites". We WILL return every chance we can. Thank you to all those wonderful ladies!" Dee Taylor
