Any and all customer and reservation data input into the reservation system by Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge (BWSRL) employees, agents or customers of  BWSRL belongs solely to BWSRL and shall only be used by Sterling Valley Systems in the normal course of operating the Reservation Software to sell and enable the sale of, travel products.   Sterling Valley is contractually not allowed to use this information in any other way, including the marketing and sale of BWSRL data.
